Employment Overview

We attribute much of the success of our programs to the quality of the staff we are able to attract and retain.  We realize that the growth and development of our students is directly related to the warmth, sensitivity, creativity, and talents of the many individuals with whom they come in contact. These individuals include program directors, special education teachers, psychologists, guidance personnel, social workers, speech and language therapists, occupational therapists, and job coaches. Our staff consists of men and women with intensive theoretical training and practical experience in the education of individuals with special needs.

We offer full and part time employment opportunities at our campuses in Livingston, Teaneck, and River Edge, New Jersey.

School Directors

SINAI seeks educational leaders who:

  2. Champion effective instructional programs
  3. Develop staff through a variety of growth opportunities
  4. Provide leadership for new initiatives and continuing programs
  5. Possess strong knowledge of curriculum, special ed theory and practice
We desire candidates with:
  1. Collaborative, yet decisive, leadership styles
  2. Highly successful teaching and administrative experience in special education
  3. A record of developing and implementing effective programs for exceptional learners
  4. A reputation for integrity
  5. Strong management and communication skills
  6. An ability to foster a positive, collegial work environment

Teachers
SINAI Schools seeks qualified, experienced, secular and Judaic studies teachers for our elementary and high school divisions.
Successful candidates will have an M.A. and/or B.A. or seminary license, with experience in special education.

Assistant Teachers
This is a wonderful opportunity to enhance your career by working with and learning from top professionals in the field.
Successful candidates will have a B.A. or seminary license, and some experience working with children or young adults with special needs.
