Maor High School

Maor High School, including the William Solomon Judaic Studies Program, serves students with complex learning disabilities and/or social challenges such as high-functioning ASD and ADHD. Maor partners with and is embedded within Rae Kushner Yeshiva High School (RKYHS), located in Livingston, NJ.

Maor offers an academically rigorous program for students in Grades 9-12. Many students at Maor fall into a “gray area” where they might otherwise attend a mainstream high school but would struggle academically or socially as a result. At Maor, these same children are able to take advantage of everything that RKYHS has to offer them socially while learning in small classes tailored to their specific needs. After careful planning, Maor students often attend selected RKYHS classes with the individualized support that they need to succeed.

I don’t know where M would be today without all of your guidance and support. Because of you he knows that he has to try even when something is hard for him, that he has to ask for help, and that it’s OK to fail. Your hard work has enabled him to grow into a self-confident young man. Thank you.
